Importance of sharks and the role they play in the environment

Sharks are vital to our world's oceans and are a key part to keeping the ecosystems in balance. Over the years, the stigma around sharks has been a complicated one and caused unnecessary fear around these important individuals. As we learn more about these animals, we can begin to create a healthy respect and develop a passion to protect and conserve them. Sharks are found in almost all the oceans around the world and are key players within each ecosystem.  If you are looking for learn about sharks or the resources that are available, this webinar will go over the basics of sharks, their role within the environment, basic shark identification, and provide tons of resources for anyone looking to learn more.
